Non-responsive game, annoying steering
I bought this game sometime ago, I think at the beginning of 2021. I don't recommend it. It is a big game (takes up a lot of storage, I believe something like 35 GB or something and although the desert scenery is nice, it is a below average racing game. Of course monster trucks are supposed to steer differently and be more bulky and whatnot in races, but this isn't it. The steering is very bad and sometimes the game gets stuck. Also couch co-op is annoying: they split the screen through the middle, so vertically instead of horizontally. Which makes it extremely hard to see what's coming up. If you're only considering this for the split-screen option like I did at the time: don't do it. There are many better split screen games out there. Also: just a few race tracks. Not worth your money, even if it's now a quarter of the price.
