Such a fun P&C
The voice acting is so perfect. The art style is such a wonderful throwback. This was made by a FAN of the classics.

Like a Lucas
It's a Lucas style adventure. It has great humor. Sometimes you get stuck. It should be helpfull if creatives put there some hints how to solve some riddles. There many not logical thinks make you stuck.

Loco Motive
A great adventure. The story is funny, the characters are great and the puzzles are fair. The voice actors and the soundtrack are really great. Only the graphics could have a slightly higher resolution.

Successfully channels the classics
Loco Motive is a point and click adventure game that succeeds at channeling the classics of the genre like Monkey Island, Discworld or Simon the Sorcerer. Taking place mostly inside a train, the three main characters get involved with a gruesome murder and it's investigation. All with a quirky sense of humor that any fan of the genre will be used to. The writing is really good, although not every joke manages to land succesfully. The voice acting goes from really good to serviceable enough. While the game is really good, at this point it has frozen twice during my playthrough. I hope this will get patched-up soon. I didn't loose progress thanks to the auto-saving but it's still really annoying.

A proper P&C game
Let me say it: I really enjoyed this game - definitely one of my top point-and-click games. It has it all: an appealing visual style, very solid voice acting, a lot of the expected P&C humour (some of it quite on the nose, of course), and an interesting detective-mystery story. Gameplay being divided between 3 diverse characters is also a nice touch. It's not too long (less than 15h for me), and I didn't encounter any softlocks. You even get an integrated "hint line", if you get stuck. The devs must have put a lot of love into this game. Definitely recommended!
