Needs work

In principle, this game should be fun, like Theme Hospital or Two Point Hospital but as a factory in its style. However, it feels very much like it needs work to bring it up to the level; lots of little UX frustrations combined with not good AI and questionable tuning - your workers seem to idle alot when work can be done, and don't seem to work for long before needing a break again. With the UX, simple things like not having a preview of the plans for products just add annoyance. Would have also benefitted from a career mode too, as it is currently just open-ended.

Very... OK

The game is not perfect but it definitely is fun. It is (IMO) worth the 20$ or so it asks for. I enjoyed a lot setting up production pipelines and upgrading my workshop to meet goals, deadlines and optimizing for flow, space and cost. The variety of products is decent, and the art style is adorable. The game becomes a bit repetitive after a while and it would definitely benefit having a sort of campaign mode instead of just a sandbox-style mode, even though for a sandbox unlocking of new tech is satisfying. I have two pet peeves with the game: The first is... the lack of control over the actions of each employee is typical in some of these management games, however, I felt sometimes frustrated by the AI decision making. Choosing to go around the workshop to drop something just because in a straight line it was closer. Not going to pick up stuff from the delivery truck even though the truck has 99 employees allocated to it. etc As for the second, the game tries to imply that the best thing for your workshop is to be sure you keep all employees as busy as possible. But then, the challenges are about lean time. This incoherence was kinda weird (Plus the fact that you do not control the actions of your employees makes them just not work continuously on the same workshop because reasons) Overall it was a nice experience, one that I could play while watching some TV show at the same time. Nice, Relaxed, Cute

Really short, repetitive and unbalanced

It could be a really fun game, but after some hours, I found it boring and very repetitive. You always do the same thing : make plan, link actions to machines and wait. Making plan is very repetitive, and not interesting at long, even if there is some time to reorganize rooms, it appears to be tiresome and kill the fun. After some hours, it's really hard to make money and progress. Clients asks for plans that needs a lot of machine and people, but it's quickly becoming impossible to be cost-effective. There is also still no update for mac to the latest version, and the keyboard shorcuts are not all working, like free placement of object maintaining CTRL. Too bad, the idea is good !

What happened to games being relaxing?

This "game" is just rush rush rush. Yeah, I get it, I have fill orders but if I want this kind of stress I'd just go to work. If you want a relaxing game, this is not it.

Fun but needs improvement

I've had quite a bit of fun with this. Was so happy to find a game of this genre to run on my crappy lil laptop. That being said, the game could really use some improvement and additions. There is definitely something wrong with the AI. Workers constantly standing around with jobs waiting and specialists doinf the wrong jobs. They also make some weird decisions about placing things, and just randomly walk outside and around the outside of workshop for no reason. There needs to be an option to assign workers to specific wrokstations/billboards. I think the break room mechanics are kinda tedious too. Not sure why there's a penalty on comfort for big rooms either. It's a factory... More products would be nice to, and no I don't want to buy that DLC for them. Overall, the fun I've had with this game has just left me wishing I could find something similar but better.
