A scientific expedition to the desolate Zhokhov Island is completely disrupted while abnormal magnetic anomalies occur. Among the team is Anna, a young geophysicist with a clouded past and a sharp mind. When disaster strikes and the crew becomes trapped in a long-forgotten Soviet military base beneath the permafrost, Anna must fight to survive and uncover the truth hidden beneath the ice.
But something else is buried here.
As she searches for a way out, Anna is haunted by surreal visions, grotesque figures, and distorted echoes of a twisted past. The deeper she goes, the more she feels drawn to this place, as if it strangely welcomes her back.
The cold may be deadly, but what lies beneath is far more chilling.

Evade or confront, your choice. Combat is tense, creatures are unforgiving, and often best avoided entirely.
Survive the elements. Resources are limited, the cold is lethal, and every decision counts.
Explore a broken legacy. Navigate the ruins of Cold War obsession and personal trauma through exploration, puzzles, and atmospheric storytelling.
Experience striking visuals. A unique art style blending comic book ink with painterly textures, brought to life through hand-crafted static camera angles.
Hear the haunting echoes. An eerie Slavic-inspired soundtrack immerses you in dread and loneliness as Anna's fractured history unfolds.
Some places should stay buried. Some memories should not.
Good first impression, very reminiscent of the early Silent Hill games with how things are being presented. Fixed cameras, radio to detect enemies and anomalies, a very otherworldy feeling.
Controls on Mouse and Keyboard are rough, this is best played with a controller.
Game has no voice acting but good sound design, so you don't really miss it.
