Description
The Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition contains award-winning Kingdom Come: Deliverance and all released DLCs.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance You're Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Thrust into a raging civil war, you watch helplessly as invaders storm your village and slaughter your friends and family. Narrowly escaping the brutal attack, you grab your sword to fight back. Avenge the death of your parents and help repel the invading forces!
Treasures of the Past Treasure maps of the lords banished by King Sigismund of Hungary, leading to the hidden treasures of those patriots, bandits and schemers.
From the Ashes As a newly appointed bailiff, you must decide what buildings to erect and what people to bring in, and you must also settle disputes between the villagers. Each building is unique and comes with its own upgrades, material and labour requirements, so you will face some difficult decisions.
The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon The quest DLC revolves around his attempts to woo the fairest maid he has ever set eyes upon, and his success will not depend only on his own mastery of the art of love – it’s also up to his trusty wingman, you - Henry, to ensure that The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon come to a happy end!
Band of Bastards Kingdom Come: Deliverance's third DLC focuses on combat and minor skirmishes. Sir Radzig's old enemies are pillaging his estates, so he enlists the help of an old acquaintance, Kuno of Rychwald, the leader of an infamous mercenary band. Naturally, they need a guide, and who better for the job than Henry?
A Woman's Lot Armed with fortitude and dignity, she faces the coming days with a smile on her lips. And since God moves in mysterious ways, none of us can know the lot we shall have to bear. But it is often those of whom we least expect it who encounter an extraordinary destiny...
Highly recommended!
I do not usually do reviews, but after many hours spent playing this game I miss the KCD game world.
I went into this thinking let's swing at anything and jump around like an action game and promptly got my hind end handed to me. Had to slow down and learn how to fight, make things and live in an era long since gone.
Glad I took the time to really dig into this game. Loved the story line, all the expansions and really look forward to the continuing story of Henry and pals to see what they get up to whenever the sequel is out. (Hopefully the developers are still doing the sequel one :)
There is a moment when realism in a game could make things harder than it actually works in real life. Unfortunattly, this statement is exactly about this game.
Great level design, beatiful medieval castles and towns, best forest I've ever seen in games - and unplayable archery (and hunting as well), controversial saving mechanich, given the large amount of bugs (especially related to the physics of world). This things could be easily fixed by third-party mods (editing configs in fact), however it's pretty annoying that this things exists in a native game.
Fighting is also not the best. It's realistic from the point of late medieval duelling tractats, but when it comes to large "wall to wall" fights, it looks whery unnatural - instead of "keep formation and try as quick as possible to stick this bastards with something sharp, or stub them with something heavy", battlefield disperse in several duels with swords.
Also gameplay is kinda going against the plot. Gameplay with all it's realism trying to make you feel as a non-auristocrat medieval person, but the main character some times doing so srupid things, like a disputing and fighting with son of local lord. This moments ruines most of "realism" vibes for me.
Still, the game is worth trying. With some minor config changes you may avoid artificial restriction described before, and even with them gameplay may be pretty addictive. Just don't try to make everything and everywhere, be focused on a specific tasks in a specific time an you will be fine.
Non-fantasy open world rpg. You begin very weak and improve as you progress, you are a one man army by the end. It gives me a Skyrim felling, I will play it again before playing the second game.
The first hour of this game is dredful but I suggest that you rush and get to mill then the game set you free till then I recomend avoiding all combat. After that the game becomes really enjoyable
The world building is great. Nice landscapes, architecture, music etc. I like the main story too.
The gameplay is poorly expleined, is supposed to be realistic but I just find it incredibly cluncky.
You can save only with potion or when sleeping...why? I got kids, give me the chance to save whenever I want, I don't have time to waste..
