Kingdom Come: Deliverance

This game is just so much fun, tons of things to learn and you actually need to take the time to learn it all! I love the immersion!

Unfortunatelly the latest titels in RPG genre were created by people who loves money and not gamrs. KCD brings brack the joy of the game which was created with heart and soul. Hope we will have more games focused on enjoyment of gaming and not just "popular" opinion provided by boring executive in a boring suit.

This game is inconvenient and it's awesome, the feeling of starting out as a peasant and actually grinding your way up into mega henry is awesome, case and point the sword fighting, at the beginning you (and henry) suck but through training eventually Henry becomes a force to behold this also coincides with you learning how to actually play the combat. The way fast travel is done, sleeping, eating, cleaning Henry etc and the game is comprised of soo many little things that compound to create a generally immersive and enjoyable experience. I've played this game many times on many platforms since it's release in 2018. It's a wonderful RPG that truly brings something new to the table and breathes life back into a genre bloated with corporate slop.

Great in depth game with a great story and RPG like elements. Tough realistic combat too.

Main issue: 3rd party controller support is a bit wonky, I often have to start, exit, and then restart the game for mine to work. I have a Dualsense, and like many older games, you'll need an external program like DS4Windows to trick the game into thinking it's an Xbox controller. The game is oozing with love and jank, and plays like a clunkier, handcrafted TESIV Oblivion. Combat is floppy and spastic and very difficult, but there are very few cases where you can't also surrender, ransom, or (best/funniest) just plain run away. I usually prefer Mouse + Keyboard for first person games, but I cannot over emphasize just how clunky the combat is - it's LEAGUES easier to deal with on a controller. I'm currently roleplaying as a cowardly virgin fruit burglar, and absolutely loving it. As others have said, dialogue is (often unintentionally) absolutely hilarious.
