Kingdom Come: Deliverance

Great idea to bring out a first person dark age title. Looks beautiful, love that it is pretty more difficult. But there are so many bugs and bad programming issues. If you publish a painting that has been rushed that bad, people think you really suck as an artist. Status quo of the project..., it is rawly painted and they know what colours they are going to use, but its still in progress. One of the many examples stuck in a hole during a mission, last save is 2 hours away, no chance to get out, if I die in combat, okay will be no problem. They even dont know how to handle bow skills. Shooting sticks in a river to level up is funny but honestly despondence. Even dark age of camelot had a better finish or a stuck command at the beginning. Maybe you can buy and totally enjoy this 5 Stars title in a month or so, please don't pay full price. Wait until they show their real handcraft by patching it.

I have played a lot of games similar to this genre and i have to say: This one has the worst fighting system i have ever encountered. I don't want to cheat and it is just so annoying. You feel like a drunk 90 year old that keeps falling over every step. I get that you have to learn how to fight but this is just ridiculous!

Without option to disable head bobbing I can't play this crap. After so many years still no fix. Never buy any game from Warhorse, user support is awful. Waste of money.

Plot spoilers below. TL:DR don't buy this The combat system is the worst I have ever seen in a game, with an auto lock on so agressive it is impossible to run away from combat because it will spin you around and lock you back in. The combat system is skill based, meaning that at low skill almost all of your attacks will be parried. It was so frustrating I modded the game to make myself immortal and even that didn't work. This game is absolutely determined that your character is a loser, so it forced me into a boss battle early on with an unkillable foe. With both of us immortal it was taking a long time, so I looked up online and found out you are forced to lose this fight. The subsequent cutscene is humiliating and then you are rescued by a girl, which gets rubbed in your face later on. Throughout the game you play a lowborn serf who is constantly berated by your betters in the nobility. The best you can hope for is a good dog pat on the head, but mostly they just abuse you. It gets 2 stars for the medieval setting, equipment, and sound effects, which are well done, but the combat system is atrocious and the character is a simpering lap dog from beginning to end.
