Iratus: Wrath of the Necromancer DLC is now available!

In Iratus you find yourself fighting for the forces of darkness in the role of the titular necromancer—Iratus, recently freed from his millennia-long imprisonment.

You control an obedient army of the living dead, with skeletons, zombies, banshees and many other unliving warriors. Create your soldiers the only way a necromancer knows how: from the body parts of your slain enemies!

Expand and improve your underground lair. Strengthen your servants by researching secret rituals. Explore the twisted corridors and underground catacombs, and battle against lobotomized miners, greedy dwarves and corrupt mercenaries. Aid Iratus in his quest to recapture and eclipse his former power. Lead him to conquer the forces of good and unleash an eternal kingdom of death upon the world!

The sheer variety of tactical and strategic options makes Iratus a true treat for any ardent fans of the roguelike genre.

  • Play on the side of evil, embodied by the necromancer Iratus!
  • Expand and improve your underground lair.
  • 19 types of obedient servants: zombies, vampires, skeletons, mummies, banshees and many more!
  • Craft minions from the body parts of your conquered enemies.
  • Advanced combat system: to win you need to know both the strengths and weaknesses of your troops and enemies.
  • Iratus can kill his enemies not only by magic or claw but also by draining their sanity!
  • Each minion has six unique abilities for a total of nearly one-hundred abilities for you to command.
  • Four talent trees that alter the way you play: Alchemy, Magic, Ire and Destruction.
  • Roguelike elements: minions that die are gone for good and the game saves automatically, making each choice irreversible.
  • Detailed 2D graphics and a gloomy atmosphere of dark fantasy.
  • Various difficulty levels, satisfying every type of player from novice to hardcore.
  • Iratus himself is voiced by the voice-acting legend Stefan Weyte, famous for his performance as Caleb in the cult game series "Blood"!

Iratus 4of5

Iratus is a good game and deserves your attantion. 4of5 stars is from my opinion the right rating. Have to say that it has a strange "saving" system and after finishing the game it is deleting everything. Cant imagine how will I continue "Iratus: Wrath of the Necromancer" but have a bad feeling that I will have no choice than starts it all again. If somene has experience with this DLC, please tell me. Until knowing that am not willing to pay for it. Generaly I don´t like DLC and there are only few games where i buyed them. Mostly am buying main game and nothing more or waiting until they release the game of the year editions or so. where are all this DLC´s. But back to Iratus. If you like strategy turned based games - buy it. You will be not disapointed. It is a relatively cheap game on what it offer.

Darkest Dungeon from the otherside

So, this is a Darkest Dungeon clone, where you play the bad guys. It's much easier than the original game, which is a plus for me as it was waaay too frustrating. But, unfortunatelly, all the mechanics were made much simpler, too. Like, you just need to do one fight at a time, and you can even heal your minions with magic. Also, I feel like there is no real meaning of the different field positions, as you could simply hit even the last guy in the row with a melee attack. I remember that in DD, I always had to move my minions into the right positions, but not here. So, it feels like a predecessor of DD in every way.

Fantastic game

Love the art style and the challenge, and it is one of those games that you learn a little more about it each time you play. Can get pretty deep with the micro management and things to change and do.

Nice Game to beat and forget

You get what you pay for if you like to fumble with ressources to kill everything that moves and don´t want to get really involved. Looks good, feels good, nice music, a bit of dark humor. I played it on "More pain!" and that´s enough for me. Would have loved it if I could keep what I gained for the next level, but I can`t. And it´s not interesting enough to play the same thing again, just harder.

Solid, but a bit shallow

It's a good game with decent tactics, but I feel that it could be better
