I'm not a fan of turn based but this is just simple enough on easy to keep my interest. It's probably very difficult on the higher levels

Tactics, and managing sacrifices
This game will tell you what your opposition intends, and it's effects. You will have perfect information in your inte4ractions. You will often not be able to deal with it all. And you must decide what to sacrifice sometimes. The variety in mechs and the gameplay loops are phenomenal, and a definite, "just one more mission," kind of game that you will regularly come back to.

My favourite game. It keeps on evolving and when you think you are doing well, you can be deteated in the next round if you are not careful.
