Interstate ’76® The Arsenal

I have an Acer AspireOne netbook running Windows 7 [stock hardware, no hacks] and this game runs AWESOMELY. It's not perfect, as some of the cinematics glitch with colors and the controls are a little finicky to setup. On the controller issue - the original game was hideous to configure in the first place, so GOG did well and maybe made it less than hideous and only slightly annoying. I understand the source material must've been quite difficult to deal with. I was a little wary regarding the previous review to mine, and that this is my first experience with Good Ol' Games. If the other games are as quality as this one, I will keep returning.

I have to distinct memories of this game. I used to jam to the tunes at work. So funky. I wish the soundtrack was included. The other memory was how under powered my pc was at the time to play it.

Whomever wrote the key config program needs to be euthanized. It is the most cumbersome PoS I've ever encountered. you have to scoll via keyboard thru an alphabetical list of commands. Someone is just plain stupid. Sent this lemon back.

This game slipped under many people's radar when it came out. At the time when I could run it on my PC, it was my favorite. It is a must have for classic game collectors.
