Silent Hill inspred, but more than that.
I own the steam version and I gotta say. This game is great. I never got a chance to play these kind games all the through, but this could be one of the many starting points where I tried out more modern survival horror games that was availalbe. There are a lot of them out there, and this one is a gem with its Tech Noir setting with an unspeakable evil set afoot with multiple endings to make you keep coming back to find out what in the hell was going on in the restricted zones you dared tread to find answers. The controls are resonsive, the enemies and atmosphere are both creepy and in abundant supply. Even managed to make me scream out loud a few times because of how scary it all was. Overall it got me wanting to know more by playing it multiple times the moment I got an ending that made me wonder what the hell was going on. The weapons you get in the game are standard as with any survival horror. Use them to survive, and sometimes seem to be the be all end all solutions when you are backed into a corner when you wish to solve a puzzle that in some cases will not be the same in every playthrough. Taking notes is reccomended. I reccomend it to those that want to experience the silent hill-like experience when it seems like there isn't enough of them with how fast one can go through a game like this. The only thing I wish it had was more content after experiencing the first time. Every other playthrough of the game can seem like a speedrun when you memories that general areas you go through to get to the end aside from a few puzzles that prevent you from speedrunning so quickly. 10/10 wish there was more Hollow Bodies. Get it when you can or don't know what to do with your money.
