Amazing as expected

Yes, it is hard, but you have plenty of bench to save, in hollow knight, they were often far from bosses, here i think they are nearer. Difficulty seems to be like a souls like, once you learn the patterns, it becomes simpler; nevertheless, keeping calm can greatly increase chances in the first fights with new bosses. If you need a negative point to be happy with the review: music, previous game had amazing background music, this one feels simpler and less sticky; all other things are great, the learn curve is awesome and the enemies have a great variety.

A gem of a sequel

Genuinely surprised how much they knocked this one out of the park. Fun gameplay, engaging world building, wonderful OST and art, just an all around wonderful game.

Silksong is Hollow Knight 2

And thats good thing. Basically if you like first game you will like it. Diagonal downward attack is little tricky at first but thats why landing it repeatadly feel rewarding. Same goes to bosses and platform challenges that are annoying at first but finishing it give satisfaction. I miss that Hornet ocasonially (too often would be irittaiting) dont shout SHAAAA like in original game
