My favorite strategy game

I don't play many strategies, but I love this game. However, I don't do so well in HoMM 1-3 as I do in this one. For some reason, this game seems much easier than earlier titles to me.

Different but good in it's own way.

Heroes 4 is such a departure from previous games it sits apart from the rest of the installments. Still a fun game, it's difficult to include it in a discussion about the best HoMM games.
