Heroes of Might and Magic® 3: Complete

The best in its class and one of the best games of all times. Bought it when it was initially released and re-buying it now in its complete edition. Thank you GOG for bringing us this diamond in such a nice price!

HOMM 3, was a great sequel to the second one, which showed how grand this kind of game could be, the third is more or less known as the HOMM on steroids, pretty much improving on what that was so great about the one before, without many changes, which isn't a bad thing either. It is showed how good this game was after the 4th one came out with so many changes, many thought were too many, while others loved it still, the fifth instalment showed just how great this game was, going back to it's time when the series was the best, and simply improving upon that. But simply improving GFX isn't always enough though, expand upon it, no need for a HOMM 4 change, just more of the good. :) HOMM 2 and 3, are among my all-time greatest games.

This game out of every game that i have owned .. always keeps me coming back for more. I remember buying the game way back when i was about 11 or 12 and playing it LAN with friends, and still LAN with friends even now 7 or 8 years later the game never gets old. The graphics although dated are definitely not old, the sprites are beautifully done and animations are smooth. to this day the game still has a good following and multiplayer games over the internet are easy to find thanks to gamesranger. This is a must have for anyone.

That is from my opinion, the best HOMM. You've got all the benefit from all previous Heroes of Might and Magics juste before the newer titles that dosen't give the same taste !

I have spent countless hours on this. I remember the campaign with Gem as if it happened yesterday, the necromancers, the barbarians... This is one of the games that shaped me in the human I am today. Unlike most of the oldies but goldies, this one has no issues with the graphics. It's still nice and shiny.
