Heroes of Might and Magic® 3: Complete

This is one of those games that I should have played when it first came out. Here in 2022, I don't really understand what all of the fuss is about. I played the tutorial and part of a campaign mission with all of the recommended mods and was completely underwhelmed. AoW: Shadow Magic beats this every day of the week, as well as AoW3 and several other similar games. If you have a dollar or 2 to throw away, you might want to pick this up on sale. Otherwise, don't bother.

Great game but out of date. Visuals and sounds/music have to be updated.

What a shame... No optimization for modern monitors. I won't play 640x480 mode on my monitor 2560x1440 in fullscreen mode. It is weird. It is suitable for resources for another launchers like "HD Launcher" or "VCMI".

As always I started with the tutorial. When I did, it did say one thing and that is I need to print the tutorial out. lol What?! I need to print it out? No, that's what the tutorial should have. I'm amazed that this game received over 8000 5 star ratings. I call B.S. on that and will never judge or buy a game here on COG again because of them. I gave up after trying to figure out the tutorial without printing it out. Tried twice and I got stuck and I sat there wondering when the text telling me what I should would pop up. There is no tutorial to this game as I have come to know them. I will never buy anything from this game company again.

I have tried nearly everything on google and i still cannot get the game in fullscreen mode. The most common advide is press F4... Than i use "F4" and folliwing error message pops up!! "This game runs in 65536 color mode. You must switch the desktop to this mode before playing the game." I got no idea to change this. So please GOG - Do something
