Sling cards from your deck across two tactically distinct rows — melee and ranged. Gather more points in the duel against your opponent to win a round. Win two out of three rounds to win the battle. It won’t be easy, but no one said it should be.

NO HOLDING BACK, NO HOLDING HANDS

You start with 10 cards from your deck in hand, able to play each card right from the start. It’s up to you to open the game with your strongest unit, or save the best for later in the fight. How will your deck look and what will your strategy be?

The game requires an online connection to play and offers optional in-game purchases.

Months after the final release, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is still going strong. The minigame-turned-esport continually goes through iterations and patches, shedding skins and morphing into a real beast of a card game. It has a wistful past, a solid present, and a bright future.

GREAT GAME!!!!

definately great game. I do have small issues, like put a expansion logo on the bottom of cards so we know categories. Some cards are very confusingly written/translated. I love the card arts, they are amazing. vibe is amazing. game is unique and still feels like gwent. here's hoping it doesn't do what Hearthstone did.

Balance Council sucks

Game was 5 stars, then they released balance council and ruined the it. everyone just overpowers their favorite cards now and completely unbalanced the game

Great card game

One of my favorite card games and set in a great universe. I love the diversity of the cards and the objective of the game where instead of a life total you just have points and you have to strategize about how to get either your points up or your opponents down, or both. Each match is a roller coaster and I love it.
