Growing Up

Advice for new player: You are only need to advencing any 2 ability at your choice from 6, there's no reset, each move is permanent in progress, and the pregress will save IMMEDIATELY, and you only need to select any SINGLE skill card; the resource get, at simpliest you only need to choose from "make parrent happy" or "make money yourself and keep parrent alive", but it's worth to obtain the exclusive reward from "parrent happy" shop in your 1st run; you (and your parrent) could be les or gay, which interesting. Comment: A super amazing british work, with joyful and soundful musics (tracks and songs), they made full list of musics to cover the whole game; the program is also well polished, and the interfaces are soft and agile, those makes the playing easily and enjoying. The choices are full customizable, but no new game + mode, just base repeat. NEVER THINK TO REPLAY. -1 star for no music buy on gog, f***. Or you could depack the game, whatever.

I origianlly got interested in it from the art style (similar to one I wanted to try) so I pirated the game to look at the how they handled the game aesthetics... While goign trough the game I got more into the storytelling and simple yet captivating game flow than the original purpose and well it was fun enough for me to actually buy it when I saw it a couple days ago in here :D Its not a perfect complex game but, its charmign enough for the flaws to be negliable. A full "life" runs 3-4 hours and takes around 3 to do almost all of the stuff available in game.

the game is beautiful and the UI is very impressive and intuitive, I must say, but that's pretty much it. if you're looking for a VN/dating sim or something of the sort, look elsewhere. interactions are scarce, quick and shallow. to be successful in getting attributes in the brain map, you depend on luck to find the reset node. and then learning skills is bland and feels unrewarding. and apparently your parents are not happy when their child is having fun, instead they are happy if you are a study or work machine. what a healthy way to grow up, right?

Ones another time Vile Monarch has entered the field of Tycoon Games. This time with a replayable life-sim tycoon game. Next to their massive made game Weedcraft Inc. Growing up does not reach the gameplay mechanical extend like in Weedcraft. Yet this doesn't come as a suprise that Growing up has focused much more on their characters with their own passions and ways of liked activites. The music is ones again on top of the line in which narrative events are also prepared with special music tracks. The locations look as charming as to put it as an own desktop background. How the game flows: You begin at birth proceeding until you are ready to see it for yourself to see what comes at the end :P ... Nonetheless spending points at the brain map and choosing the attributes make up the most important parts to progress through the game. As you be "Growing up" it is suggested to always pick up the Activtiy Points in the brain map (don't forget to click on the hexagonic symbol too like i forgot on my first playthrough). The activites you can do over the day can be quite consumive on your activity points. So you be making shure you have gathered quite enough of them over your characters lifetime. Replayability: That is one aspect which make up the recent Vile Monarch's videogames great. A Playthrough lasts from an afternoon to evening and will be met with new characters of each playthrough. At enough playthroughs you would have seen all characters and their endings first, but not all endings :P - they are highly shaped by your choices you made through out the game. This game is also available on mobile devices. As I was playing Growing up I made up the guess that Growing up would have to be exsisting on mobile too. It does indeed have mobile version to buy from the playstore. For 4,99(€) you'll be having the expierence on the go aswell!
