Another shining example for how artistic vision and pure affection for what you do beats a gazillion dollar budget. Hands down one of the most beautiful video game experiences out there, delighting the eye, the ear and most of all: touching the heart. I sincerely hope that Nomada Studio has more like this tucked up its sleeve. Go get it.

Can't say they didn't tell you in the description: this game really unfolds more like a watercolour movie than a puzzle platformer. Skip this if you came looking for super engaging game mechanics. Otherwise you should come into Gris with the mental context of meandering through surreal worlds and following the progression of the protagonist, while appreciating the tight pairing of visuals and music/sound. Those who've played Journey, Gris is similarly minimal in guidance and mechanics, and has even more abstract narrative (no lore, really). Doesn't really have replayability (unless you're obsessed with scoring all the optional collectibles), and feels like a product you get to thoroughly enjoy once, then discuss with others who've played it too.

Very poetic and beautiful game about the different steps of grief. I lack the words to descripte it si I'll simply conclude with: If you have a soul, you MUST play this game !

Played it wt a controller.I liked it , its not an action game it makes you guess how the mechanics work, but with only a few button presses its not much of an intense puzzle game. I'd recomend it as something to help u chill as an audiobook is playing in the background. I dont think u can lower the audio all the way down though.
