Graveyard Keeper is the most inaccurate medieval cemetery management sim of all time. Build and manage your own graveyard, and expand into other ventures, while finding shortcuts to cut costs. Use all the resources you can find. After all, this is a game about the spirit of capitalism, and doing whatever it takes to build a thriving business. And it’s also a love story.
Face ethical dilemmas. Do you really want to spend money on that proper burger meat for the witch-burning festival, when you have so many resources lying around?
Gather valuable materials and craft new items. Expand your Graveyard into a thriving business. Help yourself - gather the valuable resources scattered across the surrounding areas, and explore what this land has to offer.
Quests and corpses. These dead bodies don't need all those organs, do they? Why not grind them up and sell them to the local butcher? Or you can go on proper quests, you roleplayer.
Explore mysterious dungeons. No medieval game would be complete without those! Take a trip into the unknown, and discover new alchemy ingredients -- which may or may not poison a whole bunch of nearby villagers.

this game awsome af enjoying crazy recommend to all... so much to do and u dont think theres more and then they hit u with tosmthing and ur all like whaat the hell...and then u enjoy it..
It's 2025 and the game feels abandoned. Since 2018 they could have added a lot of patches to fix the tedious amount of grind that the game requires to progress, the bugs, the missing content and many other things others have reported in the reviews. Instead, they just pushed a few paid DLCs to keep selling and profiting from it, but gave nothing in return. Those DLCs are as grindy as the base game, and also there is no help nor anything telling the player how to progress on them, just like in the main history line. If you don't use the wiki, you basically can't get too far. The funny thing is they have an 'intended pun' in the base game referencing the kind of methods the own developers ended up using later.
Just can't recommend a game that, could have been a lot funnier, but in the end is not worth the price.
Yes, there is some grindfest in this game, but it is alleviated by multiple possible options, so rather than focusing on one thing in specific, you may do many smaller things at one. Some parts are underdeveloped, but the basic game content is enough for 30+ hours. There is also a lot to explore and many sources for feeling accomplishment. It is not an universal game, but for people with knack for management and long hauls, this will last for a long time.
I loved Factorio, my wife loved Stardew Valley. Both of us enjoy GK.
It's a really great game and I'd also recommend all the DLCs.
It's really addictive, only negative aspect is that the german translation has many flaws.
The story is great.
I'm really enjoying the game so far... lots of things to do ! I took some time to understand, how the game works, but after that I think I'm evolving faster.
