Why buy on GOG.COM?
DRM FREE. No activation or online connection required to play.
This game is basically like an easier FTL, but with XCOM battles instead of ship battles. The first time you play, your options will be limited and you honestly won't have much fun. After the first campaign, start unlocking those extra classes. There is a lot of fun to be had in this game.
The only developer has put a lot of passion into this game!
Beautiful with "low poly" graphics the cinematics and the "Cyberpunk" atmosphere.
We start with little explanation, which adds excitement to discovering the game.
explores, meets, buys weapons, recruits, quests.
Addictive and fun, I find it hard to stop playing.
If you like FTL or XCOM, you’ll like Galaxy Squad.
Updates are rare, but really very impressive, and the work is good!
I won’t be surprised if the price changes with future versions.
An Underestimate game that could be sold more expensive in my opinion.
Linux ;)
Ubuntu! Works also for; Manjaro, Fedora, Mint, and undoubtedly on your favorite Linux, Linux is Linux!
(Maybe not a big fan of GPU Nvidia?)
OpenGL, 64-bit, a good game that will definitely improve.
Forget about XCOM!
Not a fan of playing the side of evil, but if that's your thing, knock yourself out. However, you will experience bugs and crashes, repetitive environments.
The developer needs to provide a different game mode for those interested in something a little less from the dark side.
The developer doesn't seem to have a lot of faith in his own 'story campaign', seeing that he feels need to FORCE people to play it before he 'generously' allows access to FREE Mode. Not for me, I bought it for the free play, not for yet another 'narrative' putting pressure on me. I regret spending that money now. Plus, he uses a well outdated version of the Union Jack in the language selection section and keyboard mapping doesn't seem to be customisable. No matter how good it could be if I had access to the mode I want, I'm not gonna play that stupid story stuff just because the developer is afraid that there might not be enough people who actually WANT TO play it.
