F.E.A.R. Platinum includes the original F.E.A.R. and its two addons: F.E.A.R. Extraction Point and F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate.
Be the hero in your own cinematic epic of action, tension and terror. A mysterious paramilitary force infiltrates a multi-billion dollar aerospace compound, taking hostages but issuing no demands. The government responds by sending in a Special Forces team only to have them obliterated. Live footage of the massacre shows an inexplicable wave of destruction tearing the soldiers apart. With no other recourse, the elite F.E.A.R. (First Encounter Assault Recon) team is assembled to deal with the extraordinary circumstances. They are given one simple mission: Evaluate the threat and eliminate the intruders at any cost.
F.E.A.R. Extraction Point
Extraction Point kicks off where the original game ended – with a bang. As the helicopter which the F.E.A.R. team is on attempts to leave the vicinity, it instead winds up crashing. The F.E.A.R. team is thus forced to seek out an alternate extraction point, all the way battling the now free Alma and her paranormal minions across a destroyed city.
F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate
As the first F.E.A.R. team and Delta Force fight for control of the situation, a second F.E.A.R. team is sent in to shed some light on Armacham Technology Corporation's (ATC) dark past. As a member of a secondary F.E.A.R. team, you are brought in to discover more information regarding the secret project at the ATC facilities.

Main game is gold, unfortunately here it goes with this shitty addon and I launched it after finishing the main what spoiled the howl experience up to the point i had deleted them all and rating them now this low. I did not try the other one and never would. Buy this pack, enjoy main game and than do not repeat my mistake.
The gameplay isn’t enjoyable. It’s built around the “bullet time” mechanic. Even though it seems cool at first glance, after a while it turns out that it makes you practically invincible, even on the hardest difficulty. As such, the game offers no challenge at all.
There’s hardly any enemy variety; besides standard clones you only get a ninja or a mech warrior to fight against here and there. There are no bosses.
The plot is bare-bones. None of the characters has any personality and the player character is a silent protagonist.
All locations look the same, there’s little to no environmental story-telling. Horror boils down to jumpscares.
It really pales in comparison to its contemporaries like Half Life 2 or Doom 3.
For the TL;DR people:
If you like explosions and action, if you're new to shooters or aren't good at aiming or rush in headlong, aren't a big horror fan, and think story is a quaint distraction, you'll like this game and should play it. You should also play on moderate.
For everyone else:
This game is labeled as horror. Whoever did the labeling is sadly mistaken. As a lover of the horror genre, I was woefully let down when I played and discovered it to be more akin to Call of Duty, with cheap straight-to-DVD-horror-ish cutscenes and the occasional bloody corpse (standard fare in shooters, anyway). If you are a dedicated fan of horror in any medium and were excited for the horror element, be prepared to be disappointed.
I say this game is akin to Call of Duty, though really there's less to do, less variety in environment/action/weapons, and believe it or not far less story. There really isn't anything to this game besides intermittent intervals of the same old small groups to shoot at. One thing I'll say for this game, though: the AI is fantastic, only suffering when I hide behind doors or leave their respective "area". But even with the great AI, I found this game to be too easy (I am a shooter veteran, though). If you rush in you'll die quickly, but if you use stealth and tactics this game should be cake. If you're a veteran, extreme is the only difficulty worth anything to play on.
Nice shooting, cool environment destruction, good A.I, and that's it. The maps are super repetitives and uninspiring, the story is bland and, is this really a horror game ? There's just a few horror segments and they aren't scary at all. Cool for its time but not worth playing when we have WAY better options.
I thought games on Gog were supposed to be optimised to actually run, but clearly that's a great big lie.
Game pad support is virtually non existant, takes a lot of messing around and never works quite right, but that's absolutely irrelevant, as it's impossible to get into the game. it all begins and you're inexplicably thrown out of the car, can't get past it to proceed with the story, try and go the other way and you fall through the floor and die. Toptal waste of time and proof positive that game devs are the lowest of the low in the software development world. Totally lazy that Gog are offering this crap in their store, no better than shitty Steam.
