Immersive Retro Starship Roguelite
A game with a simple premise: survive long enough so you can get your little spaceship from one side of the galaxy to the other. Overcoming the many obstacles along the way is difficult and may be ultimately too frustrating for some gamers but if you acknowledge the fact you're meant to lose, it's easy to get yourself immersed in this retro-styled starship management game. To sweeten the pot, each time you play the map it's procedurally generated and the game is also super cheap.

One of the best roguelikes ever.
Compelling athmosphere, reasonable amount of unlockable ships, intuitive design, up to 2h run duration, and a steep learning curve. This game has everything a good roguelike must have.

Great game!
This game is so addicting. Some poeple would boot up Solitare if they were bored. For me, it's playing FTL.

A Real-time Strategy Roguelike game
On the POSITIVE side I love this game! In a world of countless repeated shooter titles (Call of Duty, Battlefield, ect) with no replay value at all. It is nice to see someone is making unique and different kinds of games. There is a learning curve that might catch you off guard, random encounters, lots of different ships and event. Oh yeah, and there is permadeath. One screw up and you are back at the beginning. But it is worth it in the end, in my steam library this is a polished gem. On the NEGATIVE side the difficulty could throw some new players off. Starting over from the beginning can feel overwhelming sometimes. Death is all a part of the game thou. You live, you die, and you learn. Better question, is there plans for a FTL 2?
