New to the genre - love it
As an old school gamer, I loved this game. It was very addicting. I enjoyed the challenge.

Love it except..
I hate leveling up the ship and crew just to be destroyed in a random encounter. I wish there were saves. Perhaps one save allowed per sector. Ah, part of the fun. Well, Save + Quit + backing up continue.sav For The Win! xD Yay, Scum-Saving!

Lame.
It lasted 4 hours on my computer. It looked really promising at the beginning, a bit complex and some choices to make, but after 4 games I just don't want to start a new one, it's ALWAYS the same game starting again and again and again... It's not a bad game but it clearly is not a good one. You start ALWAYS with the same ship until you unlock another one when you finally manage to get the permission to unlock it after countless trials and the game is always the same : you go from one point to another, an event occurs, you manage your crew, gain or lose something, upgrade your ship or not, you go from one point to another, an event occurs, you manage your crew, gain or lose... And when the ship is eventually destroyed, you start exactly the same game with the same ship and the same crew... Where is the fun in that ?! 3 stars rated because it could be much better with its good ideas, it has potential, it is not bugged... but clearly I can't rate it more than 3 stars. Lame.

Where's the Linux and Mac versions?
This game was designed for multiple operating systems, so why is GoG only selling the Windows version?
