Utterly broken. Barely playable, even.
Imagine the following scenario, reader: An insanely high-profile AAA-developed game is announced and the entire gaming world goes utterly bloody BONKERS over it. The game is released to rave reviews from critics and players (read: cretins and plebeians) alike. But then it turns out the game in question is a bug-riddled display of sheer mediocrity, barely even playable on the most fundamental level. See, the above scenario isn't just a humourous hypothetical, it's the sad and depressing reality of Fallout 4. It's broken. It's buggy. It's a modern game released in the late 2010s that LITERALLY. CANNOT. BE. PLAYED. WITH. 60+. FRAMES. PER. SECOND. Seriously! What the actual fuck, Bethesda?! You released a big-name big-brand game that literally CRASHES if you play it at any higher framerate than 59?! That's like designing a car that can't turn left, or an umbrella that's water-soluble! And people wonder why I boycott those incompetent morons altogether these days. Yeah, go freakin' figure!

Garbage
I have EVERY major Bethesda title,and this is, by far, the absolute WORST of all of them!!! The controls are counterintuitive, and the story line, blasé at best. I have every single one of the Fallout titles and this is a shameful POS. I am really angry at myself for purchasing this, and even angrier at Bethesda for sucking me in to the game long enough to NOT qualify for a refund. If you like feeling horrible and have a low self-esteem - if you feel you deserve this kind of punishment, then by all means, waste your money here! Don't let ME stop you...

Since the *Certain Game Publisher* is the only way to obtain Creation Kit, you won't be able just to start it. Such a disappointment.
