does not work on windows 10

I bought it a few months ago and I couldn't get it to work on windows 10 with i5 processor. It wouldn't get past the home screen. I tried all possible compatibility solutions and there was no solution, so I requested a refund. It's a great game that I want to play, does anyone know a request?

GOG Version Works!

It's an awesome game, of course, and works fine on start up without a bunch of fiddling around like you have to do with the Steam version. It'll freeze for a couple seconds every once in a while, mostly when you go into VATS and the game does NOT like to be alt-tabbed. It may or may not (but usually will not) maximize again after you alt-tab out of it. Haven't had any problems with it other than that. Also, even in vanilla the game looks 10 times better on PC than console and the load times are super fast. That's a good thing too because if you know anything about Fallout 3, you know there's no shortage of loading screens.

Day late and Dollar Short

I have owned F3 for years and its hand down in my top 3 games of all time. Story, graphics, controls, feel, dream causing, drug like addiction inducing... "game". It took too long to get here but I am very happy to see it made it. Unfortunately having bought it for ps3 way back and PC way way back I see little incentive to purchase now, again. Shame, I suppose, on you Bethseda. Though, Im a bit of a "crit" as I bought F4 before it came here too. Its also kind of BS that its 19.99 when it was going for 5-10 at stores in the low tide of its day.
