Family Fun
My family gave it a 5, I give it 4. It is fun, intuitive and engaging with a fun isometric art style. It has a fable-esque atmosphere and a nice size world to explore that does not feel overwhelming or underwhelming (yet). The dialogue can be a bit heavy handed, but even if you skip it you can still figure out the game. Pros -Fun -Engaging -Intuitive -Nice Artstyle -Skippable dialogue -Helpful Help Menu Cons -Lots of reading -Lack of Voice over -Limited Saves -No visual cues to let you know the game saved The primary thing I dislike is how the save system works. You have to play the game until 10pm in the game-time that is when you are allowed to go to bed. If you don't go to bed within that timeframe you will not be able to save. I went to bed early in the game, and there was a scream at 3AM, I had to look around the house in order to go back to bed. But there was nothing to let me know the game saved. I didn't enjoy running around town, and so far the quests are fun, but I prefer to stay indoors and cook stuff, time will time if that is mandatory or not. So far the game has been fun to explore and play. I have not played the game long enough to know how much I like the games mechanics, but family enjoys taking turns playing and that is what counts for us.
