CutOut Bin

I am guessing the "CutOut Bin" is about as relevant as "Dial a Phone", but back in the day you could buy "Priced to Sell" CD games cheap, and only had to deal with a bandsaw blade nick in the spine. This is how I found Entomorph. I played, and still play the Ultimas obsessively. And I was a Pen & Paper DnD fan, but I never cared much for the SSI Dungeons and Dragons RPGs. After the first two, it seemed like they cranked them out hand over fist for a while, and the interface was way out of date, early on in the series. So I felt that with the new interface ( yes Zelda-ish ) I would be willing to pay CutOut price for an SSI RPG. I honestly knew almost nothing about it, and didn't scrounge thru my PC Gamer stacks to read up on it. I just tossed it in the drive, fired it up, and was swept away to Aden. I thoroughly enjoyed the game and was truly shocked that I played it day after day for 2 weeks or so. Ultimately disappointed that the game ended. I am fairly certain that I started it over almost right away, but it was too fresh and had little if any replay value. It sat prominently in my CD game rack for many years. I always wanted to try it again, but eventually I retired the CD rack, or whatnot and it has been missing ever since. I am happy to see it return to the land of the living. Good choice GOG, kudos!

Another 90's gem, but issues on Win10

This is one of those gems from the 90's, immersive and creepy with one the greatest 90's Soundtrack. I wanted to give 5 starts but i just can't. There is some sort of issue with Win10 where the game would continously show up a small Windows Error Message asking for the CD (lol wut?) You can continue playing it on Win10 just by removing the offending message, but this is not ideal and is very annoying, also the awesome soundtrack will not play either... i do remember trying this on a Win7 machine and it worked perfectly, Nothing i tried seemed to work to resolve the issue. Also, GOG does not seem very interested in make the game work on Win10 Machines, even though they promised to make every single title work for newer OS. Still a great game and you would definitely try it out, just wanted to warn anyone using win10.

Evil Spider

I hated that dang plotting spider. I blamed it for everything, It deserved everything it got from my play-through years ago on cd, but sadly that was never enough, I still hate it. anyway the gameplay on siding with the humans was the most emotional experience I ever had in any game up to the point of shedding some tears. its a strange games with controls that require getting used to but worth a look.

Entomorph, i like it !

I loved Entomorph when it came out. I played it through nearly without pause. Yes, I had to sleep, go to school, eat, do my homework, but then I did nothing else than play ENTOMORPH. A bit hack n' slash with some amount of map exploring. I liked the story it was not too difficult to understand (my native language is not English...) I enjoyed other games as much as Entomorph, as reference they where: Al-Qadim (very similar to Entomorph, but a complete different story), Dark Sun 1+2 (graphics more basic but with a better story-line), Shannara (great story-line, surprising ending). Try it without hesitation if you liked similar games i referred to.

Good fun

Loved this game when I was 8. Story was interesting and unique to me. Though in the end I felt it was cut short, wanting more. I also got a sense of that sadness described by JMScion
