    Supporter DLC

    The DLC released before the game release were done so as supporter packs to help fund the development. I admit the portrait packs and the optional weapons are better off included in the base game but they made no false claims about the what these DLC were for. Since they were both fully usable in the early access version you get what you pay for and you could use them immediately. Now that the game is at full release this is even more applicable. 3 stars because they were supporter DLC. For those refusing to buy the game over this they will miss out. The game is very good. If you liked the original fallout games you will be right at home with Encased but also be experiencing something new. I am glad I backed this title and loved it from the get go. Well done on a successful release.

    It's a KS Campaign Supporter DLC. Chill

    First of all, full disclosure -- I do not own the game or this particular DLC, but this is getting ridiculous. How hard can it be to search the game title with "kickstarter" or "crowdfunding" added to the search query? It's 21st century, most indie titles are crowdfunded, so stop crying wolf the moment you see a DLC added to an early access title and do a little research first. 9 times out of 10 the DLC just a KS exclusive. TL;DR: THIS IS A DIGITAL EXCLUSIVE FOR CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN SUPPORTERS. Kindly chill the fuck out already.

    unbelievable

    I rarely rate games or DLCs but this is just unbelievable, i bought it to support the indie creator, a dollar for some in-game items, okay i guess. I did it before even running a game that is marked to work on linux. This is also outrageous, that GoG doesn't have a linux client by now and we need to resort to 3rd party runners for 95% of games on this platform. But here comes the best: The game works, but... the DLCs do not. Neither this one or the potraits one. I am not joking. They made a linux release with non-working linux DLC installers (these are .sh, seem fine, unpacks with installer and... doesn't show in game. Just plain straight missleading. Would rate 0 if i could. Asked for refund, let's see how that goes.

    But now I don't think I will ever consider this. I can't believe DLC is already being sold on a game that hasn't even left development yet. it's march 18th 2020 and the main game is still in development. I just can't believe it. https://www.gog.com/game/encased_a_scifi_postapocalyptic_rpg When there is a game I want, I always search for DLC. If the DLC is overpriced, I just simply don't buy the game and forget it exists. However, this is different. I have never found a game that is still in development and then try to sell me DLC. If the game is in development, then shouldn't this DLC be a part of that development, and not a DLC at all in the first place? I just can't. this is insanity.

    Being ripped off

    So there now are DLC's for a in game that is in beta stage .. erm I mean in development. How about finishing the main game first, instead of begging for more money? Holy crap, Dark Crystal Games & Black Tower Entertainment: you two best go **** yourself and then start developing mobile games!
