What was the point of that

When I first started paying this game, I was enjoying it. I like walking simulators and the puzzles were fun-if simple. But about half way through I realized that this was one of those games that would not have a satisfying endng and unfortunately I was correct. I don't know what happened or what the point of this entire game is.

No story to it. Ending made no sense at all. No puzzles to solve. A waste of time.
