love this game
I played this game when i was very young and I play it even now on occasion. Even tho AI is broken in original HD version, an unofficial patch 1.3.0 fixes it. They should mention it somewhere on GOG to be honest.

Decent but not without flaws
This is probably the best version of this game I've ever come across. In addition we have DOS version with enhanced AI and it really works - you can check it yourself during the first missions where we really have to struggle. Unfortunately time has taken its toll in this case. Although the game works stable, and I can say nothing wrong about technical issues, nostalgia just wasn't enough to get back to it. Units can block sometimes (especially harvesters, which is very frustrating), you have to check all the map all over again just to find one soldier to finish a mission (old scripts, old victory conditions) but the biggest flaw is how the game works. FPS drops down drastically later on and it just takes too much of our time to finish each mission. In those times games like Dark Colony or Red Alert worked a lot better.

A very nice game
Usually I am a sucker for such games, I really like these old RTS games, such as CnC. This game delivers a pretty unique gameplay and very nice graphics. The missions are quite simply but it's really fun. Base building takes some time to get used to it. The buildings are pretty huge compared to the units, which is quite realistic. Battles look pretty awesome for such an old game, it's pretty simple to gather a big army and battle each other. It doesn't take a lot of time. Therefore huge battles are assured. I recommend it.

Nice. fun oldschool rts
it has alot of C&C qualities about it, but it is a game in itself, even though C&C was better, this is still alot of fun. though the briefings are kinda boring, but other than that it was good. it has a good price for it too, thanks gog.. im currently out of state right now, but when i get home i will order the second "earth 2150 trilogy" then after i beat it ill get the earth 2160 game. keep the kick ass games coming.
