"City Buidling" at its best.

Played this a long time ago and have been searching for it as I lost my original CD. Ok, so not really a city building game but it's fun and different since you play the 'evil' side. I wish a 3rd one would be made.

Fantastic game

Just... fantastic. The graphic is decent for its age, the gameplay is great. The theme is fantastic. One of the best games of its age, and to this day it's probably the best "villain simulator" ever made (even better than things such as war for the overworld).
