Set Compatibility Mode to win 2k or 98. Disable visual themes. 3. Turn OFF Hardware Acceleration. There is a lot that can be said about this game. Seeing my dad play it back when I was a five and now I get to recreate it all over again makes this game better. This is definitely not a game you guys should pass up. The game can seem a bit over whelming, but it shines in the possibilities of ways to build your dungeon and the tongue and cheek humor towards everything.

Have put this on 2 desktops with Windows 7, and the game runs when you setup certain conditions like 640x480 and turn most options off. This really has no affect on game play so it still plays great. My only complaint it random disconnects from hosts in multi player, no crashes just loses sync and fails to reconnect.

Works absolutely perfectly under Wine, with no tweaking required - just install and play. And it's a damned fine game as well :)

I just want to be able to make my own scenario. I thought I downloaded the map editor but I cannot find it or anyway of editing the maps. I kind of recall doing this years ago and just wanted to relive the fun. Still a fun game.
