Paper Detective: The Chess King
Cute art, good writing and amazing voice acting from the first game you will find in the sequel as well.

The Duck Detective Returns!
The first Duck Detective game is a fun cozy little mystery point and click adventure. The second follows along the same lines, with a slightly darker storyline and increased stakes. It's still fun and enjoyable, and light enough that it's still parent safe. It did add a couple QoL features, which serve to make an already smooth experience even more polished. Definitely looking forward to a hopeful third title.

Great Stress Free Mystery
Breezed through this just under 3 hours, and honestly that's great. Not overly challenging although you can brute force through if you choose to. If the trailer and screenshots appeal to you and its a safe bet you will likely enjoy this. Especially if you played and enjoyed the first game. Played this on an Windows on Arm PC and it ran great overall, so you potato PC users will be OK.

Still a very fun(ny) Obra Dinn-lite
Short but good, evidence might sometimes escape you but it is there. A bit longer and meatier than the first game. Charming characters and lots of drama while still keeping it light-hearted and funny. They even improved on the quack button! Sometimes the notebook seems omniscient because the scenario isn't complex enough to really rule out another interpretation, but that's just part of getting the style of the game and the devs. Don't overthink this game.

Another Duck Detective Success!
I enjoyed this game very much! I liked the story and the characters, as was also the case in the previous installment. The humor was very pleasing to me. The only thing I will spend some more time on is the deducktion system, which I believe is slightly more advanced in this one. This can be better or worse depending on the situation. There were times where this really shined! I feel that I had "aha moments" much more than the previous game. And actual such moments at that! In the previous, I always felt a bit guided and like I could always depend on just the clues I had found and ignore everything else. Here, there were many times where I felt that it took a genuine understanding of the clues and / or parts of the story to figure out what is going on. Of course, on the other hand, with me being an average deducktionist myself, there were times where I failed to notice a few things. At those times I had the classic feeling in such games where I felt a bit lost. Nonetheless, all the needed information is always available to you! So you can just circle around a bit and you will get to the bottom of it. Personally, overall, I would say that this slight change works in favor of the game! I felt even more involved in the characters and the story this time! Even if I needed to do more "snooping" sometimes.
