Dredge somehow pulls off being both one of the most relaxing games and one of the most terrifying games I have ever played. You play as a poor old fisherman that crashed up to shore in a small village. You work to build a better boat so that you may explore further lands and help more people. The artistic style is amazing, game mechanics are flawless, and I cant stop playing! This game is going on my favorites list.
What I played so far it's an excellent game of exploration with a distinct atmosphere. The inventory management can be a bit tedious but other than that it's been a lot of fun.
For a game seemingly simple, it has SO MUCH depth! (Pun intended!) The fishing mechanic is just challenging enough to add some difficulty, and the exploration is amazing to uncover and unlock! I think I may have found my new favourite game! Highly, highly recommend!
