Probably my favourite RPG game
Played the Enhanced Edition, amazing game, loved the fights, about 80 hours to finish one playthrough, loved it

A return to RPG goodness.
Divinity returns back to it's roots with Divinity: Original Sin. Larian Studios after many experiments finally figured out how to make a good divinity game again. This game is an major improvement on previous divinity games. The game returns to a top down view and the battle system is turn based. With that the new companion system can work with the series. The story deviates from the chaos lord story arc. Really this game for all intents and purpose is a reboot.The game is fun and the story is intriguing. The only things that I dislike about this game is that their is no day and night system, even though it was a kickstarter goal that was reached! Also the whole playing as two characters the whole time is very similar to beyond divinity and is almost as annoying. I fell the game would be better if you played as one character the whole game. All in all the game is a great RPG made for RPG fans.

One of the best tactical RPGs ever
Between this and X:Com for best tactical RPG. Gameplay is fantastic in this game, using the various forms of spells and melee combat to overcome the enemies in this game is a great challenge and lots of fun. Only downside is the actual story loses momentum, you can almost ignore it and just play the game fighting and then realising you've completed a part of the main quest. But as games go, this is extremely well made.
