Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Director’s Cut

What else to say? Its a good game, solid graphics given how old it is. Fun mechanics. Options. Plenty to explore and find in the world if you just go looking for it. Go out there, kick some ass, do some stealth find your lane.

I am a huge fan of the first three Deus Ex games. This one was an excellent return to form that blends modern issues with a cutting look at sociopolitical issues and how people respond to being manipulated and threatened. Or, it's a game about a robot man in a trench coat who wears sunglasses at night beating the ever living crap out of anyone he wants.

I say that because what I remember from playing it a few years ago is: great gameplay, stupid story. And, while the story is still stupid, I really didn't remember how great everything else is! A few time while in dungeon, I just caught myself having so much fun! The blend of suspenful music and the smooth gameplay work just so well. Very strong level design too. So yeah, Eidos Montreal's talent is made abuntly clear in this title and while they don't get Deux Ex in terme of story and theme, they really make up for what they get gameplay wise and the new stuff they injected in this title. If you are a fan Deux Ex, well, you might jut like Human Revolution, it's awesome!
