It's pretty good.

It's a point and click adventure game with easy puzzles. I will say that I'm used to these types of games being unfair or having more difficult puzzles, but I don't think I can dislike it for being fair and accessible. The characters were good but I wish they had more unique responses to some of he items you could present to them. I think this is probably a good point and click adventure game to try if you haven't played one before.

A Name I Haven't Heard in Ages...

I played the original Detective Grimoire flash game, back when it was first released on Newgrounds in 2006/2007; so I'm kind of a Detective Grimoire OG. Honestly, I'm just glad the Super Flash Bros. are finally making commercially viable games now; rather reassuring, knowing they're still around, doing their thing! The game is missing 2 functions I look for in a Point-and-Click game: (1) Your cursor changing shape when you hover over something you can click on. (2) A button you can press that shows you everything you can interact with. You can LITERALLY click on any point of the scene, and you'll get flavor text, if only to tell you there's nothing there...which is annoying, and increases the amount of guesswork needed to find everything there is to interact with, so it makes pixel hunting both necessary and excruciating. The artwork, animation, music and voiceovers are all very high quality. I'm glad the culprit ended up being 1 of the 2 people that I actually narrowed it down to.

Really enjoyable and charming experience

The story and voice acting had the right amount of weirdness and camp, and even though it’s fairly predictable, it’s also satisfying to go through each suspect and try to unravel the mystery. Excited to play Tangle Tower and see what else this developer has done.

No challenge, no fun, just clicking

It seems this game is aimed at small kids with their parents assistance but for standalone puzzleman it's just plain boring. Puzzles are ridiculously simple, basically you click your way through. Story is captivating at the beginning but soon loses the plot.

A very linear mediocre mistery game

I got luck to get this on a sale. I had heard good things of it for a while but it seems in this case, they are overblown. I found the game to be extreme mediocre. It´s very easy, short as hell and not intriguing at all, which is a crime in a mistery game. I also bought the sequel but i´m afraid to play it now.
