Good environment building and gameplay

Well it seems this game is not liked by everyone, but I am unsure why, apart from the lack of NG+, there is a difficulty mode which seems to require you to beat the game with what I imagine is the lowest damage weapon. But for me, this was a lot of fun. Great exploration with a lot of secrets and metroidvania typ of exploration. Fantastic bosses, mini-bosses and arena's. Such fantastic characters and surprising interaction and secrets. Call it the poor woman hollow knight, but it scratched all the itches for me!

This game is awesome, and feels like a mix between Hollow Knight and Hyper Light Drifter. In terms of tone, this is basically Hollow Knight but with soul and attention to detail. In terms of gameplay, this feels a lot like Hyper Light Drifter (a game I do like, unlike HK) but easier. You have a hub, from where you access different areas which play around with the immersive structures you find in HLD, or a Zelda dungeon. Opening up paths, solving puzzles and fighting enemies/bosses. The simplistic plot is unique and creative, unlike Hollow Knight's copying of Dark Souls' backstory. It's kinda short, but sweet (again, unlike Hollow Knight).

Another one of those titles I grabbed cuz it was on sale and my kid thought it looked cool. It's really well done and has the perfect mix of challenge and adventurous frolicking. I'm only a few hours into at present but GREAT GAME so far.

This is really much fun. Reminds me of Zelda and similiar. It's got some sort of Rogue-Like formula and of course this fluffy feather-animal you control. :3 I like the game very much.
