Good but not great.
Mostly a fun experience. What holds it back is the heavy reliance on journal logs, over in-game campaign stuff. This is why Star Craft and Tiberium Sun sorta wiped the floor with Dark Reign. The campaign can get DOS-game unfair at times too. Otherwise, both factions and unit abilities offer a lot of tactics and fun.
