Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

This is specifically for Phantom Liberty, not the base game: In this DLC every single quest is designed really well, no more filler GIGs. The main quest is captivating and has some really cool gameplay variations I don't want to spoil. The ending is incredible and I only want to say so much: Play the way you feel like, don't worry about the "best" choice. The decisions turn out really belivable in my opinion. Finally, I think the actors performances are the best in CDPR games yet. I even appreciate Johnny Silverhands parts, which I kind of disliked in the base game (due to his character, not the execution). Here there is more nuance to it. A small nitpick: The new end to the main game is divisive to say the least...

I did not even get to finish this and I've asked for refund. The whole pre-scripted part is just bad - first part feels like a platform game, which is a type of game I don't want to play. Then comes the mission which feels more like a movie than a game, you are taken by your hand to do what you have to do. The mission was so bad, that I quit the whole game, now I need to restart Also, relic skill tree is useless

It still has some bugs here and there. But story is really great, I was hooked till the end. Would recommend even for the full price.

Cyberpunk 2077 was a great but flawed game. The work done by CDPR has managed to turn the game into what it was meant to be. This should be a lesson to all future game developers. The extra time it takes to make a game shine will always be worth the effort. Phantom Liberty adds enough content to be a solid DLC, the mechanics changes made the gameplay more rewarding, the extra endings and characters flushed out the world setting and gave V more depth. The graphics are best in the industry. The soundscape is a bit dry and hearing MC Chris over and over is pretty grating. The game is still loaded with bugs, but they aren't as common and apparent.

I waited for this game to come out many years. At first it did dissapoint but then after 1.5 update everything was better. Now after Phantom Liberty expansion this game is hands down the best game i ever played.
