Cyberpunk 2077

This is one of the buggiest games I've ever played. I'm used to buggy games and can forgive bugs to a very generous extent, more so in open world games, but cyberpunk in its present state is simply unnaceptable. I sincereley hope they fix and improve it, it could become a really good game with a LOT more work put into it, but right now not only it's an underperforming bugfest, it also feels like most systems are undercooked or were just duct-taped together in a rush. Regardless of your expectations this game is very likely to dissappoint you. Will wait a couple months before I even think of playing it to the end.

First and foremost, I attempted to play this on my desktop and the game wont run. My desktop has better hardware than my laptop, but my laptop with Windows 10, has DX12. My desktop on windows 7 does not. DX12 is not supported on Windows 7, so the minimum specs for this game are misleading at best, or a flat out lie. Now that I can play it. It runs like shit. The audio is garbage, with crackling. The more audio happening, the worse it sounds. The framerate sucks. This game is not optimized. I do find the plot/story very well written, the voice acting is great (aside from the crackling). The world was well designed, however, it's hard to enjoy it when it sounds like shit, and runs like shit. Not worth AAA prices at this time. Maybe after it's been patched a LOT, and/or optimized it may be worth it. Not right now though, very disappointed with this launch

Buggy with poor physics (getting spotted through solid objects at random. characters walking along the street then moving into solid objects, being shot through solid objects when it should not be possible. Also its hardcore schlock gratuitous p**n at times. Hint guide doesn't even do the keys for the PC so that's another problem of the franchise not tying together. Also gameplay shows some potential but so much seems like another Deus Ex with just a few more options. Needed another few months at least to make this right, more to have made it the Witcher 3 success. Disappointing..

and not because of bugs

Had some high hopes for this game. Especially the promised super immersive and interactable open world. Literally nothing is interactable. Can't buy food, can't have conversations with random people, someone gets murdered in the street, nobody bats an eye. The city feels like its filled with mindless chumps. Next to that, I've never expereinced so many game breaking bugs in a game before. Enemies and other objects popping in and out of existance, constantly falling through the floor, cars flinging through the air, textures not rendering. CDPR was the only game company I still trusted, and they messed it up. How dare they bring this piece of garbage to market and ask 60 euro's for it. Do you guys remember the time when the games you bought actually worked properly? When games actually delivered the things the devs promised. Times have changed. CDPR, you broke our hearts. Such a shame...
