Cyberpunk 2077

TL;DR: Just play the game. it has it's own merits. it's not game that's gunning for your appreciation based solely on charm. It's has a lot of character and depth if you're willing to look for it... but you have to be WILLING TO LOOK FOR IT. If you enjoyed Syndicate, Remember Me, Fight Club, and a whack load of 80s Sci-fii movies chances are you'll enjoy this. Don't listen to the review bombers that talk about how it hasn't lived up to the "hype" and have only played Wither 3. Form your own opinion of the game (use yo' brain kathleen). I won't go into specific details. and I know the review criterial for GOG is let the game stand on its own merits, but the game is basically a love letter to action/Sci-Fi media that have come before it. Gameplay: it's not much different than Syndicate (2012) in terms of combat, Remember Me (2013) in terms of a certain mechanic that I will not talk about here, In terms of stealth it's inbetween Elder Scrolls stealth and Early Splinter Cell Stealth (Action Refined and Pandora Tomorrow) not the BEST but it's definitely fine. Story: I got vibes from: Fight Club, Bladerunner, Total Recall, 1984, Judge Dredd (franchise). In terms of environment in a very basic sense its simmilar to Grand Theft Auto but not exactly the same. In closing just play the game. don't listen to anyone's opinion (including mine) form your own sheep.

After a few patch i decide come back to play again, all i can say is that the game are mostly reach the playable state but still the npc, cops and world need some improve to feel more alive hope next gen update will not disappointment me.

Terrific game.

I began to play Cyberpunk around 7 months following the release. I would say yes, there are bugs. The one which really annoyed me is the one in the mission with cyberpsychosis (some bug with scanning). The rest did not critically influence my perception of the game like police suddenly being annoyed by me for no apparent reason, music stopping playing, and s.o. The plot is ok. The story compared to The Witcher (all games) is relatively short and I think would be even better if it would be slightly longer (for example, Jacky's story, longer introduction). Sidestories... I did not remember a single one actually =/ Overall I spent a good time playing the game =) Thank you guys for this game and I wish you all the luck in the future! Keep going =)

Had the game on console since launch and was disappointed so I put it down and only just recently picked it back up after I bought the game on pc after the 1.5 update and reading a few reviews saying that it had gotten better, patched bugs and a lot more was ironed out but so far that’s been wrong. The story is still shallow at most with numerous bugs occurring and while not as many as the initial launch still more than what should be occurring in this development stage. Always had hope for this game but after this long it’s just gone out the window. To simplify, wouldn’t recommend buying for those interested in a hashed out story or good details
