It's pretty Okay

It's not The Witcher 3 by any means but, on it's own I would say it's an okay game that screams cut content as of right now. The game isn't bad by any standards but it isn't good either. 6.5-7/10. The Side content has been very enjoyable but with nothing like mini-games to do when bored it does take some fun out of the game. It has arcade machines as scenery but, why can't we use them? Sadly this is just a video game and not a world I feel connected to.

Great characters but lifeless world

This isn’t a game that hits the highs of Witcher 3. There’s too much evidence of half-baked ideas and troubled development, and it doesn’t quite coalesce into something that hits those same highs. And while it won’t be a classic for me, I enjoyed my time with the game and racked up 70 hours to beat it, and then 99 hours overall as I finished off side quests and gigs. I will be back for the DLC and would recommend that people who are looking for that mix of Witcher 3 and Deus Ex absolutely check out this game, but focus on main and side quests only, ignoring anything else unless they stumble onto it and fancy a change of pace.

I enjoyed it

Got over 120 hours if playtime on first playthrough, and I enjoyed it. Sure there were bugs, but nothing as bad as I had heard or seen others experiencing.

Amazing story, but shallow

While the main story and most side quests are amazing, the city is beautiful and diverse, as an open world experience its however very shallow. There is nothing to do once you've completed the quests, the map events are static and mostly a chore, there are no activities to do in the city, no interactions with the gangs outside murdering them. The characters on the main quest are amazing, they feel alive, feel like a part of the world and can move you to tears. One of the best histories i have ever played truly amazing, a shame the world itself isnt neraly as good as the story

One of the best games in recent years

I heard about all the controversy regarding the development and final result of the game. I understand if people got a terrible first impression when it was first released, but if you're like me and you waited until they fixed most of the issues, then you've found an absolute gem.
