Great and not that bad

I only have 24 something odd hours into the game and I've yet to run into any major issues. Yes, there may be bugs, but i've seen worse in recent and older popular AAA games. -The visuals are amazing, but may require a decent rig. I'm optimsitic that performance issues will be dealt with as updates roll out. -Combat/gameplay is a bit good and bad. Melee is a bit clunky and doable and gunplay feels nice. I've seen many people say melee is overpowered, but I would disagree. Depending on your loadout and skills, I can easily pick off enemies at a distance in a few shot with a pistol/revolver or a rifle/smg. It is also important to note that I did start this game on normal difficulty but will try it on harder difficulties on my second play through. -The story so far is not the best, but I do love the characters in the game. All the other characters that you run into are more interesting than V. It's the only gripe i have with the game and it is that your character is a bit boring/bland. -I'll update more if I have to once I finish the game or put more time into it, but overall I really do enjoy the game. I've played it nonstop since I've bought it and I really don't regret it one bit.

I don't know what to say

If i could give this game a 3 and a half stars I would, because this game is genuinely great, there's a lot of time and care put into the things the player will interact with in the story. Outside of that though, it feels like a glorified Far Cry in the Deus Ex Universe. I really REALLY wanted to like this game a lot, I was there with everyone else watching the teaser trailer about the MaxTac taking down that CyberPsycho. And that statement is only half right with Cyberpunk, it really is a fun game when you're doing side quests and finding cool stuff in the world on your own, the story is pretty great too, a too little railroady though. I wanted to make my own decisions about stuff and only the ending really makes a difference there, but its more or less like Mass Effect 3's ending as in which color do you like. If you speedrun the story it maybe lasts 10 or 12 ish hours, the rest of the side content is so spread out on the map that you'll be spending most of your time there. The side content and the "rush" of the main story conflict way more than they should, makes me feel like I'm playing V "the mercenary" in side missions and V "the host body of Johnny Silverhand" in singleplayer along for the ride. For a completionist like me, it feels like this game is definitely shorter than Witcher 3, (which CDPR said it was already), which I totally feel is correct, they made it feel way shorter story wise. I wish the lighting system was different, looks really washed out on Ultra, lots of weird shit going on with in car conversations that look ugly. Performance in general is really bad, like there's a memory leak, even on a 2080 + 16gb ram + Ryzen 1700 3.5ghz. The perk system and attributes are rad as hell, I just wish the level cap wasn't 50, and there were more open world things to do. Music is really nice to listen to, even the radio stuff. They need to re-add cut content, fix current content and bugs, and I might redo the review, don't buy wait for a sale :(.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a Fallout 4 by CDPR

And I enjoy it, hope it will be fixed, will be cleaned, optimized better, will get a great DLC similar to Witcher 3 and will be modded like a Fallout 4. thanks for the game! Own it on Steam.

Great game on the PC

First a bit about my specs: Intel i7 1080Ti, 11 GB graphics card 512 GB OS drive solid state, game installed on a 2 TB spinning The bad: Glitchiness really starts after you meet up with Johnny some of it has to do with INTENTIONAL glitches he is causing and others are glitches to the game itself. I have repeatedly gotten stuck in "hacking vision" (tab key) mostly around alt tabbing, but sometimes it just stays stuck in a limbo state between hacking vision and being able to use guns. This is easily fixed by saving real quick and loading the save. Otherwise you may have to fall back to an autosave, but the game DOES THOSE A LOT so you usually aren't losing much. I have also heard that your save files cannot get very large or they corrupt... I haven't ran into this yet but I am sure they will patch it. Driving cars is a chore, vehicular manslaughter is a surprise to the driver and pedestrian. The good: It is pretty much on par for what I was expecting, it is very much like witcher 3 was on release, they ironed things out but it took a few....Now though everyone is just eviscerating it....that may be coming from it's release on consoles. Graphics run great at full, I do recommend going into the settings though and turning population down to low or medium to keep from running over so many useless pedestrians. Fighting is fun and enjoyable to slowly build up power into, I would say its a cross between Farcry 3, Witcher 3, and a bit of the loot avalanche of borderlands. If your PC is on the higher end still game is great. This game is supposed to be a single player experience, you go through a few times (3-5) enjoy the entertainment try different things. It isn't a gta or an MMO, you need to play a character V, that is much more on rails than people are used to anymore, your choices are from V, so sometimes you dont completely agree... but its more like following a choose your own adventure book than it is an open world adventure with your own persona.

Love this game!!

If you can look past the bugs, as of v1.04, this game is great! This game got 90% of what you would expect from a cyberpunk game. Graphics are some of the best ive ever seen. Language is spot on too. Pros -grafics -full nudity -colorful world -a story that pulls you in Cons -game got too many bugs, that is a mistory, that QA didnt see -no flying vehicles for the player -many customizations for clothing, but still lackable in some places, like choosing own patterns and colors. -sometimes it feels like the game been cut in several places. -Story abit short for me Love it none the less, could have been so much more than it is. DLC and expansions could make up for it, but then people may have moved on to other things. 4,5 stars
