Cyberpunk 2077

Yes, as of January 31 the game still has minor bugs and glitches. Minor as in not affecting the gameplay or not preventing player's progress. An NPC doing something funny or a mesh/texture loading slowly is not a "gamebreaking bug". And the game's performance is not optimized to the best yet. That said the game is very true to the source material of Cyberpunk pen&paper and also very true to the general idea of cyberpunk as a specific genre. The main story and sidestories are often bleak and dealing with mature and serious themes, and IMHO dealing with them very good. It's cyberpunk, you're a nobody trying to save yourself, not a hero trying to save the world. Great writing and tons of detail both in the stories and the characters and the world itself (it's worth it to go looking around the city and surrounding areas for secrets). With it comes the audiovisual production value which absolutely stunning. On High settings the game looks very nice and Ultra settings it looks beautiful. I was running the game on 16GB of RAM, i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz, and Geforce 1060. High was recommended settings and ran smooth, switching to Ultra was a massive improvement in visual quality with only slower framerate in heated combat and high speed driving through the most crowded city center. The graphic design of the city and the characters in it is incredibly detailed and creative, it's fun to sometimes go through the city to look for funky looking NPCs of which the game has plenty. Similarly it's fun to explore the streets themselves for interesting views. + You can have a ton of fun with the game's photomode while exploring. The music in the game is often very fitting and gives the game the right kick, although it's true that the combat music can get pretty stale after some time. The licensed music though is filled with a ton of great music made specifically for this game. The game has music for everyone, from blackmetal to jazz. That is something worthwhile in itself. top game

Cyberpunk 2077 is a game that I consider to be the first true "next-gen" experience. The graphics are amazing and the anamations in the cinematics are phenominal. I played at launch and had a buggy but enjoyable time, the world that CD Projekt has created is breathtaking and I think if they spent the proper amount of time programming the game instead of marketing the game it couldve been even better. Dialog choices dont seem to have a big impact as The Witcher 3, which is a bit disapointing. But I found Cyberpunk to be a more fun game to me than the Witcher. Hopefully CD Projekt can learn from their mistakes and create a game that once again visits the setting of Night City and builds upon the world in a new and creative way.

First of all I don't know what the fuss is all about. Now at my second play, 77 hours. From almost every aspect this game is far superior to all recent releases. The complexity and beauty of the city, the buildings and interior designs, the cars, the character customization, the atmosphere etc. I sometimes just turn on my pc to walk through Night City. At first, I found the quests, side quests and gigs all very enjoyable. But having started the game a second time and understanding the game better I'd say it's even more amazing. 3 different ways to start the game, I think 5 ways to end it. I'm now working on unlocking the secret ending with Johnny SilverHand. As for performance, I'm playing at 1440p with the main setting turned to Ultra. I get a nice steady and very playable 25 to 30 fps. Remeber the human eye sees at 24-30 fps. All our televesions for those old enough always worked at 25 fps and there wasn't any stutter perceptible. My specs: I7-6700K, 32GB, GTX 1070 TI. Just enjoy the game for yourself. Don't overthink everything that has been said about it.

This is one of those games that held me so I wanted to actually complete it. Usually I get tired of the gameplay or story and quit before completing. Not this game. I still want more. Gave it 4 out of 5, because there are some bugs: 1) I that I had to quit and reload, on some quests 2) Graphic issues Nothing game breaking.. I do have a pretty decent gaming rig, so I would be hesitant on pulling the trigger, unless you have an RTX card or some additional patches are released. This will be a game I think I will play parts again to see all the endings. Only a few games like Dragon Age Origins, and KOTOR have pulled me in this direction... So, yeah check it out. Its a good game.
