GOG Joins up with Google
Remember when Google revoked "Don't be evil" from the code of ethics? GOG decided to take note and include an online check for this interactive map. In other words DRM. I have to wonder if they'll patch the quest out of the Witcher 3 which makes fun of DRM and the people who employ it. Not only that, but... why wouldn't such a map just straight up be the map included in Cyberpunk 2077, or at least the add on Phantom Liberty? This makes me sad.

Cmon guys, interactive map with constant connection to some external website? Only worse thing would be to play porn ads in the background. We used to call stuff like this "malware"
