How did we get here?
I can't understand how we went from the Crysis 1 which was pretty good, with a good story and some " believable" missions, to this. That's the most casual game ever, they removed all the good things from the first game.

Good, but not as good as the first one
It's a shame they changed the formula for the second game. I was quite hooked by Crysis and Crysis Warhead and sort of expected the same wide open maps in the sequel, but instead they opted to make it more of a corridor gauntlet. The suit is nerfed quite a bit, and the aliens are now generic antropomorphic semi-robots. It's still a good game, but plays very differently and is not quite as good as the first game in the franchise.

No manual save :( Plan on dying A LOT
Good: Graphics Game play You get rewards for killing aliens No game crashes Bad: NO MANUAL SAVE - Makes the game painful. I had to stop playing because of this. Controls changed from Crysis 1 forcing a pointless learning curve Alien kill rewards are crappy Melee is the best way to kill aliens. WTF?? Too many NPCs talking in your ear I've been through Crysis 1 a dozen times so I expected this game to be better than it was. It was frustrating even on the easy (recruit) level. With no manual save, I was stuck playing the same levels over and over and over again. Very disappointing. Maybe I'll try again when they add a manual save patch.

Resolution issue
If you're having an issue where the game won't keep your video resolution, full screen and language settings, try just setting the one that says "windowed, full screen or borderless" to borderless. It stops the resetting and asking which language at startup.
