You begin with several land sites within the city and a small band of workers. Depending on your skills, financial resources, type of workforce and level of ruthlessness, you’ll be able to create high value residences and business throughout the neighbourhood.
In addition to building property you’ll also take an active interest in their décor and fittings.

Not working on macOS 10.15 and up
Upper here it says with tiny fontsize: "Mac notice: The game....will not work on macOS 10.15 and up." Why? I mean, are there heavy technical difficulties? Or that was the most recent macOS back then? I'm quite newbie at Macs, help me understand, plz. I'm on an 2022 M2, with macOS 13.4.1, bought the game, installed it, clicked the play button, aaaand.... nothing happens. No error code, no informations, it just doesn't start up. So why it is not possible to execute the game on this machine? I was hoping, that after more than 20 years i can play this very underestimated gem again. Not...
