Painful design then, abysmal now.
As much as I tried liking this game, I couldn't get around all the vain effort to try to play it correctly. The interface is painful, the readability is non existent, everything seems so much obfuscated. The premice was interesting, the execution is abysmal. All in all, this is as unpalyable as it was 20 years ago. The design choices were already painful then, they feel even worse now. You can do better than pass your time trying to domesticate this.

OH MY GOD
I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS GAME LIKE OVER 7 YEARS OH MY GOD I NEVER FOUND IT... but now only 1 minute on "gog.com" and there it is GOD LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!

is the logo a copyright of Bioshock?
I noticed that the only thing that caught my eye is the logo of the game(constructor). And the i noticed that it looked exactly like the logo of the game Bioshock!
