Didn't want it to end
After buying the Ultimate Bundle I spent all my free time playing CloudPunk and then City of Ghosts, going back to CloudPunk to finish all the side quests after I finished City of Ghosts. I loved just driving around, though it could be a bit of a challenge sometimes because the other HOVAs don't seem to react to yours. The atmosphere is fantastic; even though it's a dystopic future, I still want to move to Nivalis. Soundtrack is fantastic. When I can't sleep I often put it on to help me relax.

It's about the city Nivalis
You get immersed in a huge voxel cyberpunk city with a great variety of sights and sounds. Between deliveries you can just explore and drink it all in, and indeed it's a beautiful creation, with a great soundtrack. The story goes kind of meh, it just keeps you going. The main character Rania is super annoying and politically correct, and you you don't get to choose her lines of dialog. In one of the latest patches they added the ability to dress her up in new outfits, which is nice. Fortunately, narrative-wise, more interesting characters were presented to counterbalance Ra-pain-ia, like the private eye android that talks in noir film narration style, and the City of Ghosts DLC antagonic duo Hayse the grungy not-giving-a-rat's-rump outlaw and Morpho the rookie CorpSec robot. The driving is nice too, but I had some trouble steering some curves without being able to see where the car (HOVA) is bearing, and the driver seat view isn't that helpful either. Overall, the game is not a big challenge; it's easy to complete. It's really driven by narrative and a huge cyberpunk city to explore and get immersed in. The fun was quite often interrupted by scene loading times between different parts of the city, but I guess that's a technical limitation that had to be imposed. I recommend it to anyone who just wants a beautiful and relaxing visual and sound experience, and not much of a 'gaming' experience.

imo better than Cyberpunk 2077
Imo this game is better than Cyberpunk 2077 in terms of concept. Not in graphics of course, not in budget and dev. effort, but I love the concept it's not about shooting and how playable it manages to be. So rare these days. This is a big plus and also makes it more approachable to the younger audience. It is like futuristic GTA 2/3 with T(heft) replaced by Taxi (or delivery). I'm still waiting for Taxi Simulator but I would love to play Taxi Simulator in future, which the Cloudpunk basically is. When I was a kid I was playing Shogo which was a cyberpunkish shooter with lots of mechs, this game has some nice feel of some the Shogo's locations in terms of graphics and lighting, those big blocks of concrete and lights in various colors remind me that game. They have little texture detail as most of the earily 2000s games, but this somehow makes the game somewhat stylish in my eyes. And those intercom characters that keep the narrative and plot going are another great reason to buy this game. And somewhat remind me mentioned game which was strong on story side, as they add sense to the game and immerse you in it, so it's not just flying around. I loved that in many old games and I love that in this one. Other things... it has some nice feat to choose between TPP, FPP view. When it comes to cons, well the minecraftish 3D characters... not necessary, they could have made them look at least, at the level of detail of earily 2000s games. And there is no ground, movement up and down is limited, but it's a Cloudpunk and not a big budget game, still all looks quite spacey and it it fun to fly around and play this game.

Huxley, Ben, Camus...
Those are only few names of memorable and very well writen characters in profoundly depicted cloud city and its dark and twisted history, not yet without a hope. Yeah, game mechanic is a simple delivery, in Fifth Element movie like HOVA "car" . Control on mouse and keyboard is little clumsy and kind of lower the complete enjoyment of exploreing city and fates of its ppl, creatures, androids and many others inhabitans. Game is best served in short sessiones and I really recomond you to explore ppl stories and conclusions and possible implications it may have even in our real world. Beautifuly crafted voxel art world with deep story(ies) as in main story, but also all others fates inside the cloud city.
